Introduction of Hazelnut Shelling Production Line:
1.This Hazelnut Shelling Line is mainly used to take off the shells from the kernels,and then separate the shells from the kernels.
2.This line is mainly composed of Hoister,Hazelnut Shelling Machine,Conveyor and Hazelnut Separator.It is an fully automatic line.
First,it put the nuts in to the shelling machine by a hoister.
After cracked by the shelling machine,the shells and kernels come out,and then they are taken to the separator machine by a conveyor.
Finally,the shells come out from one outlet and the kernels come out from another outlet of the separator machine.
