1.This equipment is mainly used to dismantle the electronic component from PCB of computer, TV set, and other electrical application facility. The PCB is heated to 250℃ to melt solder. The inner drum will spin out the solder and electronic component through 20mm*20mm screen from PCB board inside the drum. Then, the solder will be separated from the electronic component through vibrating screen 4mm*4mm. Solder recovery rate is 80%, and the purity is 60% as there is small pieces electronic component inside the solder. The recycled solder will be refined in an electrical resistance furnace to get the purity of 95%.
2.Compared with manual way, this dismantling equipment is automatic operation, high efficient, low cost, small covering area, easy operation, and no dust pollution. The PCB after dismantled, called base board, can be recycled by physical methods to get copper and other non-metal material. The dismantling rate can be to achieve 95%.

Specific operation way
(1)First using high temperature to melt the tin, there has a nozzle can control the temperature, when the drum temperature is lower than 250℃, the gas valve will be opened automatic, and when the drum temperature is higher than 250℃, the gas valve will be closed automatic, thus to ensure the temperature in the drum.
(2)Then using the friction between PCB board and drum, the friction between PCB board and the machine driving force to let the electronic components fall off from the board.
(3)Last stop the machine, disconnect the screen, open the derive switch and the vibrating screen switch to let the base board out.
(4)This machine belongs to indirect processing, is not recycle processing. you can put 80-100 of PCB board to the drum, about after 15-20minutes, take them out, thus you can process 200-300kg/h of PCB board.
