Tea packaging is different from other general merchandise packaging. Commonly methods of tea packaging are the following:
1. Metal cans tea packaging
The sealing performance of metal packaging is very good, anti-damaged, moisture-proof, metal packaging is the ideal package of tea, the appearance is handsome and noble. The disadvantage is that the packaging cost is high, the weight of package is higher, and the transportation cost is increased.
2. Carton tea packaging is made of white board paper. After printing, the carton packaging prevents damaging and the shading performance is also excellent. The disadvantage of carton packaging is easy to damp. If put a small plastic bag inside carton packing, the protective effect is better.
3. Plastic molding container tea packaging
Polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and other plastic molding containers have generous, beautiful, good packaging display characteristics, but the sealing performance is poor, and it is usually as external packing.
4. Composite film bag tea packaging
Plastic composite film has light weight, not easily damaged, good heat sealing, it is affordable. In addition, aluminum foil or vacuum aluminum film can be used as the basic composite material for light-shielding packaging. As the composite film bag has good printability, its sales package design can attract customers and promote tea sales.
5. Paper bags tea packaging
Paper bag tea packaging, also known as teabag, which is a thin filter paper as bag material. The purpose of packaging with a filter paper bag is mainly to improve the leaching rate, make the tea fully utilized. As the teabag brewing is fast, clean, dosage standards, easy to carry, it is very popular in the international market.
